Cancellation Policy:
- Webinars: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled webinar. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable charge.
- Products: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to the product being shipped or prepared.
Shipping Methods:
- We offer standard and express shipping options for physical products.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery Time:
- Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Express shipping is available and usually takes 2-3 business days.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination.
- Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value, which will be indicated during the checkout process.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
Refund Policy:
- Webinars: Refunds for webinars will only be provided if the cancellation is made 24 hours before the event. Once the webinar has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
- Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide proof of the issue.
- Returns of product is not applicable, only for the damaged or defective products the return and replacements/refunds will be applicable. Eligibility for returning the products is 7 days.
Process for Refunds: To request a refund, please contact us at support@larkhapvtltd.com with your order details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
